✦ By purchasing artwork from me, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. These terms are subject to change at any time.✦ Please read thoroughly and contact me before requesting a commission. If you have any questions or inquiries, message me on Twitter or at [email protected]✦ I have the right to decline or cancel and refund a commission for any reason, especially if the request does not adhere to the Terms of Service.✦ My commissions are not on a “first come, first serve” basis. Out of the filled out forms I receive, I will select the ones that I have an interest in doing. Based on different complexities and quantities, it means I might select more sometimes, and less other times.

✦ General Terms ✦

  • Be sure to read the entire ToS before sending an order or inquiry.

  • By ordering, you are assuring me that you are 18 years old or older. If I find this to not be true, you will be blacklisted and reported.

  • Payment is strictly in USD ($) and will be due after discussing the potential commission with the customer. Do not send payment beforehand, incase I do not choose your commission.

  • For every commission type except custom designs, you must provide a clear, colored ref of the character you want drawn.

  • I reserve the right to post your commission to any of my social media accounts or use them as examples for commission types if I so choose.

  • You may use the commission for personal or commercial use. If you are using for commercial purposes, credit must be given. If it is personal use, you may request a version without my watermark.

✦ Cancellation / Refunds ✦

  • If for any reason I will be unable to finish your commission, I will extend a full refund.

  • If you wish to cancel your commission order, you will receive a full refund if I have yet to send you a sketch. If I have already sent you a sketch you will be offered a 50% refund.

  • If I have already finished or have nearly finished your commission, I will not offer a refund.

  • Derogatory Themes (racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, etc)
